After performing the usual procedures during a breakdown, contact us:

We take care of everything – you do not need to worry about anything.
Collision with injured persons
First perform the usual procedures for accidents and inform the police (117) and ambulance (112). Then contact us

We take care of the tow truck that brings your vehicle to the next garage. There you will receive a replacement car and do not need to worry about anything else.
Collision with no casualties (only material damage)
Perform the usual procedure for accidents and inform the police (117) if necessary. If both affected parties agree, you can fill out the accident report directly (in the glove compartment). Under any circumstance, take pictures at the site of the accident of all involved vehicles. Then contact us:
- Call UPTO +41 58 215 88 08, state your name, vehicle registration plate number, your location and what happened
- Send the accident report and pictures to flotte@axa.ch
We take care of the tow truck that brings your vehicle to the next partner garage. There you will receive a replacement car, the invoice for the repair goes directly to us and take care of the coordination with your insurance.
We take care of everything:
- Take pictures of damages and send those together with your name, a description of the incident and the vehicle registration plate number via e-mail to flotte@axa.ch
We adapt the processes for service and tire changes individually to the company’s requirements. You will be told what process applies to you in the initial trainings. For questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Inform your fleet manager and he takes care of the reordering and all related expenses.

All invoices can be sent to AXA Mobility Services AG directly via post or e-mail to flotte@axa.ch .
For repair shops: Please send us a quotation for the repair beforehand.
